für einen unserer Kunden suchen wir einen ServiceNow Architekten (w/m/d). Anbei die Eckdaten:

Start: sofort
Dauer: 9 Monate mit Option
Ort: ca. 80% remote / ca. 20% München

Beschreibung:
- Lead the Team and technical responsible for Architecture of the solution and Success of the solution
- Provide cost and time estimates for assigned work packages to support the development of time tables and project plans
- Coordinate coding, testing, implementation, integration and documentation of solution
- Provide solutions that potentially impact other dependent projects and applications
- Ensure that errors are detected to avoid production outages
- Define technical specifications and solutions through the analysis of requirements
- Configure, develop and unit test new functionality or bugs on the ServiceNow platform
- Perform level 3 support on ServiceNow to identify issues within the code, working in partnership with other team members to resolve them within the agreed SLAs
