Aufgabe:BSCS Invoice Quality Control & SPOC
Operational Support for the Billing Retail Group, with main emphasis quality control and assurance for BSCS billing, including inter-group management of issues relating to billing and SPOC for the customer regarding all matters concerning invoice quality assurance.
Anforderung:
Extensive database experience (SQL etc.), scripting, working knowledge of Telco and billing systems (BSCS if possible), fluent/good English, customer support.
Wünschenswert:
project management experience, experience in service delivery including SLA und KPI, ITIL
