Our client is currently looking for Site Design Engineer Coordinator (m/w) (Mobile Telecommunications)- Bauleiter Koordination Gewährleistungen (Mobilfunk) (m/w) for a project in Munich, Suttgart, Duesseldorf or BerlinTask Description
? Responsible for verifying work orders from customers regarding warranty claims
? Work with different databases to investigate based on customer built information whether the equipment is in warranty or not
? Negotiate with customer to ensure that customer pay for warranty repair
? Coordinate orders for customer subcontractors for warranty repair
? Placing orders for Customer subcontractors for warranty repair, if customer takes over the cost
? Monitor the performance of the subcontractor regarding documentation of Plan dates, execution of tasks in time and provide documentation in SODA in time
? Perform regular meetings with the subcontractors on weekly basis to agree on work plans for the coming weeks, review performance of the last week and discuss open issues
? Monitor the execution of planned tasks of the subcontractor on a daily basis, if required.
? Review the capability of subcontractor regarding resource and skills and enforce improvement plans, where necessary.
? Coordinate the supply of additional material that is not in the scope of the subcontractor.
? Regular reporting to Customer management and customer using tools like SODA and NAS from customer.
? Report warranty repairs by Customer subcontractor to Customer contract manager to ensure that the revenue is collected
Skills
? Knowledge of Site design Engineering (Mobile Telecommunications) and experience disclaiming warranties
? Kenntnisse in der Bauleitung, im Mobilfunk und mit Gewährleistungen
