Provide consultancy to the project regarding Data Migration activities, that is, migration of data from legacy applications to SAP Successfactors
Develop concepts and standards for HR master data, their structure and sustainable maintenance through Shared Service Center
Active quality control for the HR data (before and after migration) and initiation of appropriate measures
Support of HR IT Transformation including transfer to new systems and introduction of new work processes
Collaboration on IT projects as contact person for HR master data and corresponding adjustments of the HR systems
Skills:
Experience in HR migration projects
Good SAP HCM and SuccessFactors
Good MS Office skills
Fluent in English, knowledge of German language would be beneficial
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
Strong customer orientation and entrepreneurial working methods
Start: Asap
