Main tasks:
- Provide project management support for multiple standardization projects throughout the full lifecycle
- Sets-up and PMO processes and structures within agile project teams in alignment with stakeholders
- Create and maintains integrated project, resource and budget plans
- Coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results
- Manage project- and steering meetings (organize project meetings, set agenda, create and distribute minutes, track and actively follow up action items)
- Coach and consulting of project team members in agile project management practices
- Manage project risks
Main qualifications
- Bachelor or Master in natural sciences , IT or in the field of medical diagnostics with profound experience in a similar role
- Strong communications skills with all partners, peers, stakeholder, project-teams
- Extrovert personality that is used to be proactive and self-organized, stress resistant
- Technical understanding of interdisciplinary tasks and responsibility’s in a highly professional environment
- Proven (strategic) agility and ability to react, adapt to and influence changing situations
- Analytical and connected thinking in difficult project areas / summarize quickly
