Imagine that have to code up a airbnb.com clone (THAT IS NOT WHAT WE NEED BUT WE NEED A SITE THAT IS FROM A TECHNOLOGY AND USABILITY STANDPOINT QUITE SIMILAR.)Because of an agreement with our investors we can not post the specs openly.1. Would you be able to code up a perfect airbnb.com clone?
2. How long would it take you if you would have a perfect briefing so that you just had to code?
3. How much would it cost?
We are a small web development company based in Hamburg, Germany and currently we have a boot load of work that we are not be able to complete without outside help from a skilled coder.
We simple don't have the manpower and we don't want to hire someone on a long term basis.
We need a very highly skilled programmer to code an application for us. So if you are generally available for additional work we can give you a very detailed briefing within the next 2 weeks.
The application is completely planed out down to tiniest detail. We have a use case diagram, a complete feature list, there are finished designs for every screen and interaction and a click able dummy made with Axxure RP. So you don't need to do designs or do any planning. we just need someone who can code it up. It is very important that you follow the plan to the letter!
We can't go into details until we have narrowed down the candidates for this project but we can give you an example project: http://www.airbnb.com/ (and no, we don't want a clone of this project )
PLEASE do not apply if you are not 110% sure that could code up an application like http://www.airbnb.com/ in a reasonable time with very good documentation!!!
We don't want you to use any CMS or PHP frameworks. (also codeigniter would be acceptable)
Our main focus is Front end Performance
The application needs to be done by the end of Mai!!! An extension is not possible!!! We know that this is doable because we did it before. You will be closely integrated in our project team and we have a status meeting 2 times a week.
ATTENTION: We don't pay you for unfinished work. So if you you don't deliver the Project at the end of the deadline and exactly to our specifications you don't get any money!!!! We accept no excuses!! Either you think you can do it or not.
Please do not apply for this post if you don't have at least 1000 billed hours for coding on GAC or if you don't have an average of 4.5 rating for your work in your profile.
We need a few examples of your work (by that we mean hand coded from scratch and not a Joomla installation) We are Web programmers with more than 10 years of experience and we are able to distinguish excellent code from lousy code.
We are a very nice team of pro web developers and GUI designers and if you deliver good solid work we have a ton of work for you in the next 3 years.
