Location: Mülheim an der Ruhr and Orlando, Florida, USA
Projectdescription: Training for re-engineered processes (project management and Controlling) and new system implementation of SAP PPM v5.0 (incl. close integration to SAP ERP landscape) as part of a transformation program. The system is enhanced and customized to the client''s needs.
Task : - Create understanding of customer-specific processes for scheduling, capacity planning and value flow controlling in the Engineering area
- Preparation of training material/ documentation
- Set up training data/ cases
- Execution of trainings in close collaboration with Business representatives
- Re-work of training documentation based on learnings
- Continuous improvement of training execution
- Documentation of training feedback
- Close collaboration with implementation team Rolle des Beraters: SAP PPM (5.0) trainer.
Main areas of functionality/ application:
a) Setting up projects and creating project plans from scratch and based on templates
b) Establishing ERP integration for projects
c) Project staffing
d) CATS time collection
e) Project forecasting, project reporting
g) Portfolio analyses/ simulations
h) Capacity planning
Level: Level 3 - Senior : 6-9 years
Skills: A. SAP - Component (ERP-Logistic) Skill (Prio1): SAP PPM (or similar SAP modules, e.g., cProjects, RPM), version 4.5 or 5.0 must Skill (Prio2): SAP PS nice to have Skill (Prio3): CATS (SAP time collection tool) nice to have
Language : English must, German nice to have
Projectlanguage: Englisch
Trainers required for US (1) and Germany (2) - also English native speaker possible.
Travel time will not be paid. Expenses (e.g. accomodation, travel expenses) are included in the daily rate as well as performed hours, exceeding 9 consulting hours per day. Only intercontinental flights are reimbursed according to receipt.
