Aufgabe:? Understand all UK Reg. and Basel II Measurement Reporting (BMR) templates and their remediation plans
? Introduce professional project reporting processes and artefacts
? Maintain project plan for Basel II template delivery and track against that plan
? Push through the execution of the plan through coordinating with BMR, UK Reg and the delivery teams
? Manage issues, risks, dependencies, assumptions with inputs from BMR, UK Reg and the delivery teams
? Closely monitor progress of templates due for remediation in the coming months and proactively identify when templates are at risk of missing their delivery due date
? Manage relationships and dependencies with different departments
? Oversee the template remediation progress reporting process ? Template Governance meeting, Basel II Steering Committee (StC), Financial System Initiative (FSI) Metrics and report updates to the process owner (Basel II StC)
? Chair the Template Remediation Governance meetings
? Define and create reports for template remediation metrics for the Basel II StC
? Prepare the Basel II StC template slides and present the plan's progress and changes to the Basel II StC
? Follow up and manage actions / updates from the Basel II StC
