Aufgabe:Environment:
To further improve own software processes and to better adopt to increased requirements for homologation according to EN 5012x and the EBA SIRF ("Sicherheitsrichtlinie Fahrzeug"), our client has started an improvement project ISIS in 2009, that shall be extended by one further software quality assurance engineer.
Tasks:
- Enhance sw process descriptions (SW QA Plan, SW Config. Mgmt Plan, SW Test Plan, ...) for ISIS
First focus is the gap analysis and improvement of existing templates and process documents, that
can be utilized by sw staff immediately
- Introduce these improvements to selected projects, coach people
- Review work results
- Take care, that mandatory processes for homologation are well-defined and performed
- Take care, that necessary documentation is established and made available to staff and to auditors
in high quality in an easy way
Anforderung:
- Mandatory: more than eight years of experience in embedded sw development for railways, avionic,
industry/process automation, automotive or medical
- Mandatory: more than three years of sw project management or sw quality management in a
regulated environment (at best EN 5012x)
- Mandatory: deeply experienced in V-Model or RUP
- Mandatory: open minded, convincing/facilitating, pragmatic thinking, process oriented, thorough
working style, flexible in travelling (mainly commuting between Mannheim and Zürich)
- Mandatory: fluent in spoken and written English
- Should: experience in major other SW processes: V-Model (waterfall, planned), RUP (iterative,
planned), SCRUM (iterative, agile)
- Should: experience with both IEC 61131 languages and object oriented programming in C++
- Should: experienced in automatic module/integration/system testing
- Should: experienced in CMMI
