The Partner Developer MOS is a specialized sales role that enables and supports partner success in
the enablement? and sales process for the product Microsoft Online Services (MOS / BPOS). The Partner developer MOS is dedicated to increasing revenue and improving the customer/partner experience by developing partner sales capacity for Microsoft Online Services. He/She develops high?potential partners for in?depth capacity development and work in active sales engagements. The Partner Developer MOS is a sales orientated person with strong abilities in developing and accelerating MOS?sales within the existing BusinessPartner landscape

Scope and Impact

1. Partner enablement: Supports multiple partners with opportunities, in co?selling scenarios
and in closing of sales includes results related to: capacity development, technical credibility,
partner technology and products, education and readiness.
2. Sales engagement: Provides sales cycle and solution coaching includes results related to:
value selling, information gathering, analysis and implementation.
3. Competition: Positions solutions relative to the competition Awarness of competition,
market. Positions offer relative to competition.
4. Customer/partner: Conducts in?depth conversations with customers and partners
Understands, develops partner skills for MOS sales/delivery
5. Integration: Shares knowledge gained, as well as documents, trends, competition and
industry outlook Shares knowledge gained, as well as documents, trends, competition and
industry outlook
6. Sales Readiness: Designs, executes training concept to develop partner ICT skills Enables
partner community to sell and activate MOS product to SME/SoHo accounts
