- Our HR management brings your advice to the highest level - strategically and operationally
- You advise your internal customers, create requirement profiles and develop requirement-oriented solution concepts
- You oversee and develop our global SAP HCM system with all sub-modules (PA, PT, PY, OM), other business applications (OrgManager, ESS, digital personnel files, ILM etc.) as well as interfaces and in-house developments in the HR environment
- You implement the subject-specific and legal requirements through appropriate customizing
- In addition, you provide second-level support and work on national or international HR projects
