My client are currently seeking an Agile Coach for a 5 month full time contract to be based in Germany (near to Heidelberg).
The suitable Agile Coach will be required to coach different internal teams in in terms of the implementation of different products and methodologies and on agile ways of working.
They will also be required to coach on Scrum, Kanban, Scaled Agile relevant roles 'on the job'.
The suitable Agile coach will also need to have good experience with Scrum and Kanban as well as Agile and Lean Frameworks in management.
They will also need to have Lean UX, Design Thinking as well as knowledge of MS Teams, Jira and Atlassian Tools.
The trainer will need to be a fluent German and English speaker to be considered for this role.
