Assumed end date: At least until week 22 this year. Good chance of extension beyond that.


Role and Responsibility
Triage incoming defects, finding out potential units/modules to fix
Fix defects in car-interface protocols found during system testing
Car-interface protocols include CAN, BAP (VW specific) and ViWi (VW specific)
Implement high-quality object oriented code in car-interface protocols
Create SW components that can be tested
Assure quality of created SW components by means of unit test coverage
Design the SW components derived from the HLD
Demonstrated Experience
Min. 5 years of experience in SW development
Min. 2 years of experience in car-interface protocols (CAN, BAP, ViWi) programming
Able to work independently, support other team members
Skills to understand the high-level and low-level design and architecture
Good understanding of client server architecture. network protocols like TCP/IP as a plus
Ability to summarize and debug complex technical topics
Worked in SCRUM environment
Strong analytic skills and willingness to develop and maintain code in C
Familiarity with Autosar specifications is a plus
Good English skills are a MUST. German knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
