Strong communication skills in an AV, VC, and broadcast environments. Provide a solid foundation in video communications engineering and a track record of developing A/V, video conferencing and broadcast solutions.Be involved in the direction of overall internal video communications technology and in improving the quality of the existing and future systems used globally.
Key qualifications
Experience engineering and developing large scale integrated AV systems.
Solid experience with audio and video design.
3+ years of experience and knowledge of Tandberg, Cisco and Codian video conferencing technologies.
3+ years of relevant professional experience in engineering conference room, studio, broadcast or event AV.
Knowledge of network operations best practices and production systems.
Knowledge of video and audio codecs (H.264, MPEG4, AAC, etc) and
media streaming architectures (HTTP adaptive streaming, RTP/RTSP).
