Für unseren Kunden suchen wir dringend einen Team Leader Telecommunication (W/M) für folgende Aufgaben:- Owns the expertise of the BSS/IT Solution, existing functionalities / business process, configuration capabilities across Product Model, Business Rules and Business Processes
- Conduct mapping between old and new tariffs from business perspective
- Evaluate customization request, provide preferably +quot;out-of-the-box+quot; configurable target solutions, business process transformation
- Present customization recommendation to the Customization Control Board
- Responsible for the approval of detailed design documents and interface agreements
- Execute Quality Assurance and Risk Management Strategy
- UAT - User Acceptance Test
- E-2-E tests by the business users with real interfaces
- Responsible for the execution of the formal acceptance process of the BSS solution
Skills:
- 10 years or above of business and IT consulting experience in Telecom and High-tech industry
- Extensive project experience in marketing, operational excellence, and IT planning/Architecture
- More than 2 IT/BSS successful program experience
- Strong knowledge in eTom and ITIL.
- Fluent communication in English and German
