For our customer in Bavaria we are searching for a Test Manager Payment & Risk (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Define the test process and strategy for the related part of the organization down to a specific project; together with the Quality Engineers, Test Architect(s) and the Project Manager and ensure it is applied in the whole division
- Support the Business Analyst/ Product Manager in defining the acceptance criteria for the solution/ product
- Create the test plan (including test scenarios, test cases, and the schedule) as well as monitor and report (progress, risk, issues, dependencies) on its execution
- Support the planning, deploying and managing the testing effort for any given engagement in the QA environment
- Support the Quality Engineers in analyzing the issues they find and deducing the root cause
- Ensures visibility and traceability of testing process to deliver high-quality software
- Contribute to the improvement of all testing related activities based e.g. on efficient metrics and measurements
Your qualifications:
- Several years of experience as Test Manager, ideally in the Payments Industry
- Ability to coach other Quality Engineers, coordinate teams, manage conflicts in a global and virtual environment
- Familiarity with test automation tools (e.g. Ready API, Jmeter, Postman) and test management tools (JIRA Zephyr, HP ALM)
- ISTQB certification is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
