Xcede is currently looking for a Freelance User Researcher for a growing software company in Hamburg.As a User Researcher you will be in charge of collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative (interviews) user data.
You’ll be expected to
• set up, manage and analyse usability tests for prototypes and software
• collaborate with team members from other fields to turn your insights into user-specific concepts
• be an advocate for the user and a daily agent to improve customer satisfaction
You’ll be working in an interdisciplinary team in Hamburg. Remote work (1-2 days/week) can be arranged in some cases but needs to be discussed first.
We need someone with German & Englisch skills.
Availability: asap
Location: Hamburg
Capacity: full time, on site, 1-2 days remote possible
Duration: 3 month contracts with extensions till 2021
Working language: English & German
