Wir suchen für unseren Kunden einen Audit and Compliance Manager (w/m/d)The Audit and Compliance Manager is responsible to address any issues regarding Compliance, hence will be used to deal with other stakeholders (Group Compliance and Audit), Regulatory Organisations, External Auditors). In addition, the Audit and Compliance Manager is responsible to analyze the current compliance level on multiple areas and periodically address all the actions in order to achieve full compliance, especially with regulatory obligations.
Key accountabilities:
- Assess and ensure Infrastructure Security compliance
- Assess and ensure compliance according to Corporate Policies
- Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g. BaFin, KRITISV, BSI, VAIT, EU-GDPR) is maintained
- Assess and ensure SOX Controls compliance level
- Assess current compliance level for ISO certification
- Support internal and external audits in performing audits
- Internal Audit Lead for Data Centre and Workplace services
- Internal Audit Improvements Actions lead Coordination
- Ensure that new infrastructure technology solutions evaluated, tested and implemented into non-/production environ-ments are on the appropriate compliance and security level.
Measurable Outcomes:
- Increasing compliance level of the organization
- Obtain new or maintain exiting certifications during external audits.
- Ensure regulatory obligations are sustainable implemented and maintained.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Distinctive communications and problem solving skills
- Strong project management and coordination skills
- Experienced in conducting internal and external audits
- Experience in conducting security audits
- Experience in SOX controls and must have an experience on how to conduct and maintain a certification.
- Experience in collaborating and influencing across diverse business teams and skill-sets
- Leadership experience from managing virtual, geographically split teams
Technical / Professional Qualifications:
- Knowledge in regulatory compliance
- ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification desirable
- Knowledge in ISO certification
- CISO certification desirable
