Sehr geehrter Damen und Herren,für unser Endkundenprojekt suchen wir einen Projektmanager mit folgender Beschreibung:
Aufgabenbeschreibung:
Lead a sub project with focus on archive solution and customer communikation management
* manage planning, quality, scope and costs of delivery projects
* prepare and track task plans for diverse teams
* analyse and resolve issues, determine root causes, seek and provide effective and endurable solutions through possible enhancements
* work together with Business users, identify appropriate solutions and apply PM methodologies
* closely align, take guidance from and provide feedback to IT peers in IT functions.
* actively promote knowledge sharing
* manage escalation process
Anforderungen:
Inspire (Designer, Interactive and Scaler)
- Strong experience in interface technologies (XML, oData, API, JSON)
- Strong experience in working within complex IT landscapes and communication between different applications
- Experience in collaborating with different teams (e.g. Networks, Firewall, Security, Architecture, Communication, ...)
- Experience in controlling
- Ability to document implementation and design.
- Ability to analyze complex topics and derive practical solutions
- Very good language skills in German and good in English (both speaking and writing)
- Strong knowledge regarding Customer Communication Management (systems, channels etc.).
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant field.
- Strong knowledge regarding the Quadient-product Inspire (Designer, Interactive and Scaler)
- Strong knowledge regarding Customer Communication Management (systems, channels etc.)
- Strong IT-architectural skills
- Strong understanding of Energy Sales and Distribution businesses
- Very good language skills in German and good in English (both speaking and writing).
