Main tasks:
- Actively support internal business needs for Wiki/Knowledge Management solutions by evaluating user requests
- Actively support internal business needs for Document Management IT Solutions as part of the customer's new Product Lifecycle Management by evaluating user requests
- Transform business needs into business requirements and afterwards into IT solutions in colloboration with the mainly internal technical experts
- Act as an application owner by defining, managing and supporting users of the above mentioned applications in order to rise their performances
Main qualifications
- Profound IT knowledge
- Professional experience with Wiki/Knowledge Management applications and document Management Solutions
- Very good communication and project management skills
- Very good english skills, german skills are an add on
