Main tasks:
- Manage accounts payables task-force cross-functional
- Install monitoring (Escalation/Root-cause/Resolve/actions)
- Create local expert/reference group among P&L and finance to address ongoing topics on task force mode
- Communication on regular base towards business (status, actions required, actions pending, next steps etc.)
- Active monitoring of project development and task-force achievements
- Align with global projects and ensure alignment with Hub teams
- Ensure proper technical SAP knowledge available in discussions
Main qualifications
- Finance background
- Senior project leadership skills
- Hands-on escalation/problem solving skills
- Process design skills - based on Celonis etc. and drive standardization among purchase categories (services/products/direct/indirect)
