Für unseren Kunden aus dem Finanzbereich suchen wir aktuell wie folgt einen Spezialisten in der Sachbearbeitung für Compliance / Anti-Financial-Crime im Bereich Compliance sowie bei Embargos und Sanktionen (AML-und Embargo-Office).Hintergrund:"To bridge the gap in resources in Compliance/AFC (Anti-Financial-Crime) temporarily until new FTEs have been found. Mainly to support the International Banking platform and to handled embargo and AML related alerts and business request as well as preparation of high-risk client approvals and AML risk analysis."
Main Tasks:
Review of SWIFT and SEPA transactions against national and international embargo and sanction provisions (embargo filter)
Review of foreign payment transactions in accordance with the EU Funds Transfer Regulation
Review of alerts in anti-money laundering monitoring systems (private/corporate customers, correspondent banks)
Customer screening against compliance databases (e.g. World-Check, Factiva)
Important: Practical experience in processing AML and embargo hits with popular compliance systems (e.g. targens, Fico, Norkom, Actimize, etc.), so that the induction only has to cover the bank's internal peculiarities, but not technical or basic operating aspects!
Additional tasks, depending on suitability and requirements (optional):
Preparation of embargo votes for trade finance business enquiries, in particular CIS states
Preparation of approval applications for high-risk clients to the Client Acceptance Committee
Reviewing and supplementing work instructions for AML monitoring and embargo filtering
Support for the AML Risk Analysis 2020
Must haves:
Anti laundering knowledge as given by Tasks above.
General knowledge and overview on current regulatory issues regarding AML and sanctions.
