MMIC & MCM Designer (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Provide reports with technical insights and analysis on latest technologies in mm-wave MMIC/MCM and Semiconductor materials industry
- Work with product development team to analyze and finalize the technical parameter for MMIC/MCM
- Research the key technologies and design mm-wave MMIC/MCM
- Identify and evaluate the European partners and suppliers for mm-wave MMIC/MCM design and manufacturing
- Generate professional reports, presentations, architectural block diagrams, schematics and simulations
Main qualifications
- Experience in the field of mm-wave component, chip, module design
- Familiarity with the design and verification for mm-wave MMIC, MCM
- Familiarity with semiconductor material, including but not limited to InP/SiGe/GaAs/GaN
- Deep understanding of mm-wave multi-chip module design and packaging technologies
- Deep understanding of technology trends and industry best practices for mm-wave MMIC and MCM, semiconductor material and process
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required
- Excellent intercultural communication and coordination skills
