Job description:HR consultant to support BPO projects.
The focus will be on data migration / synchronization between legacy systems (SAP, People soft, Omada) and Success Factors.
Profile:
You have knowledge/experience with SAP HR and/or Success Factors
You are familiar with HR processes in general
You are able to acquire IT tools quickly and easily
You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
You are analytical and able to handle abstract topics and complex processes
You are able to structure, organize and document your work
You are pro-active worker and communicator
You are able to communicate well, also in writing, in both Dutch and English language
You are a team-player focused on sharing knowledge
