· Requirement Engineering· Understanding of the Product Owner role in Scrum
· Knowledge of Telecommunication processes, with special focus on OSS
· IT background in the area of development and software engineering, with special focus on API
· Knowledge of UML with special focus on the definition of sequence diagrams
· Good communication and analytical
· English & German are mandatory
You will support a product owner in a big Telecommunication project:
- Collection of requirements from OSS-IT team
- Definition of OSS workflow processes together with OSS specialists (process description and sequence diagrams)
- Creation of backlog items (analysis and implementation tasks)
- Coordination with other teams about technical implementation of interfaces
