Azure Cloud Architect / Engineer - Azure Migration Solution ArchitectAn Azure Cloud Architect is required on a long-running project to assist with the migration of several business applications and services to Microsoft Azure cloud.
Role: Azure Cloud Architect
Length: 6 - 12 month contract
Location: Berlin, Germany
Remote Work: 20-40% (Up to 2 days remote work per week)
Target Start Date: Early November but flexible
Project Language: English - German is a bonus
Key Deliverables
Assist the cloud engineering team in their digital transformation to move on-premise applications to Azure Cloud.
Produce solution infrastructure designs for new (cloud-native) applications as well as existing business applications which are being prepared for migration from the on-premise datacenters to Microsoft Azure.
Experience
Previous experience migrating business applications and services to public cloud solutions
Design experience of new application services in Azure
Azure provisioning
Azure production environment design and implementation
Tech Stack: Azure (Azure Storage, Azure Security Centre, Azure Policies, Azure PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Azure Loadbalancer, Azure Monitor, ARM, etc), Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, DSC.
