Software Project Manager (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Responsibility for completion and E2E understanding of the SiL of an ADAS camera project
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones according to agreed deliverables with internal and external customers
- Management of assigned ADCAM SiL project team resources from functional perspective
- Identification and communication of resource requirements including driving the approval process as well as monitoring of implementation and effectiveness
- Primary representative of ADCAM SiL team in internal and external meetings, incl. preparation, documentation and pre-alignment with stakeholders
- Primary contact for customer team (esp. BMW ADCAM LM1 project lead) and internal Stakeholders
- Facilitation between project teams and escalation to higher organization in case of unresolvable conflicts on working level
- Management of external development support, esp. ensure timely ramp-up of resources, organize trainings & briefings
- Contract management incl. transition, safeguarding of the intellectual property
- Ensure long-term oriented build-up of internal know-how for self-contained continuation of development activities
Main qualifications
- Experience in camera-based computer vision systems
- Knowledge in systems and requirements engineering
- Solid knowledge of automotive microcontroller for safety applications
- Experience in simulation of computing hardware and related base SW / applications for test and validation purposes (esp. SiL / HiL reprocessing)
- Knowlegde in test and validation of toolchain and infrastructure
