Workplace Support - German speaking (B2 level)
Workplace Support is required for a long-term contract position with a major blue chip client in Hamburg, Germany
The Workplace Support must have the following skills and experience.
Key requirements
Deployment of images, re-installation of devices, delivery of hardware printer support (network, MFP, label, cartridge), network cable patching (LAN) exchange of end-user devices, incident handling (local), on off-boarding, meeting room support (patching, VC), beamer support, scanner, label printing support, stock management (local) incl.
Asset tag printing, support of Guest WiFi, mobile phone - O365 connection helping hand support CCTv, support of local PBX/VOiP system. Antivirus Management, VIP/Executive Support, EUS - Site Support, incident management, capacity management, asset management, problem management, change management
