Responsibilities:
• Responsible for delivering technical content to customers, primarily targeting their developers and development organizations.
• Contribute to the success of the Microsoft Application Development Manager (ADM) that is aligned to each customer by ensuring that their customer is very satisfied with the effectiveness and efficiency of the material presented, and by identifying further opportunities to assist the customer that can be incorporated into their service delivery plan (SDP).
• Deliver timely and high-quality information by utilizing knowledge of customer’s environments and based on the scope defined prior to the dispatch and focus on business objectives of the customer
• Effectively transfer knowledge within the previously defined scope to ensure customer can utilize that knowledge to increase Azure consumption
• Provide proactive communication with technical and account team peers to improve future deliveries of specific offerings
• Accelerate adoption, consumption and use of Microsoft solutions, especially Azure.
Technical Skills Required:
• Team Foundation Server (TFS), Azure DevOps Server, and Azure DevOps Services
o Upgrading of large and complex Team Foundation Server environments to newer versions of the product
o Migration of Team Foundation Server instances to Azure DevOps
o Migration of build and release workflows, including migration to newer (vNext) templates
o Maintaining and migrating customizations to work item templates
o High availability and disaster recovery planning
o TFS Components: IIS, SQL Server, SSRS, SSAS, SharePoint, Build and Release Services
o Security as it relates to managing and securing TFS and Azure DevOps
• Power Platform
o Knowledge that pertains to support (and level end-user training) of:
o PowerApps
o Flow
o PowerBI
o Incorporating data sources including the common data service (CDS)
o Governance, administration, and maintenance of Power Platform apps
• Application Assessment for .NET, Java, and C++ apps
o Low level debugging and troubleshooting
o Code review and assessment against Microsoft recommended practices and industry standard practices
