Task:
As the IT Program/Project Manager in this project team you are responsible for the following tasks:

- Plan, track and control the project activities on a global/local level
- Document and plan project according to CMMI
- Identify problems and ensure that solutions are delivered
- Manage development and deployments of new applications and new system releases
- Plan internal and external project resources
- Plan maintenance from a project perspective
- Interact with other projects regarding common interests
- Keep overall view regarding issues and incidents
- Continuous Interaction with Business Project Manager(s) in customer organisation and Business Partner Manager in IT
- Report to Management on regular and ad hoc basis
- Manage project team and their activities

Responsibilities:

- Senior IT interaction and Reporting
- Senior Business interaction and Reporting
- Project/Program management of multi-stream global project
- Project management (as required) for project streams
- Project/Program management of onshore/offshore resources
- Project/Program Budget and Cost management
- Resource management
- Documentation for CMMI

Requirements (Must have):
- At a minimum the candidate should have international delivery experience with relationship management and change management process and implementation
- Experience should include senior business and IT interaction and reporting
- Proven track record for global implementation and delivery (including change management, relationship management, and strategy experience)
- Excellent documentation and organizational skills
- Experience with onshore/offshore IT project teams is a plus, experience of managing a project team is a must.
- Excellent teamwork building with the business areas
- Excellent and appropriate Issue/Risk identification and escalation
- Technically proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in financial services/HR systems/Legal & Compliance systems is a plus
- English is a must, German skills are a plus
- Ability to multi-task concurrent deliverables

Personal Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in dealing within senior IT and senior business end users.
- Ability to manage expectations; retain a positive attitude, drive process and be a ?self-starter?
- Analytical and structured thinker, problem solver
