We have Multiple openings with a leading Global IT Consulting Organization for " On-site Support technician ". It's an immediate hire and planning to close it ASAP.

Location: Munich, Germany

Job description for the role of On-site Support technician:

    . The has responsibility for the site support needs in

    . This person must provide 2nd & 3rd Level desktop support to customer internal employees, contractors, and vendors .

    . Manage the team incident queue and action all incidents within given SLA.

    . Manage the hardware repair process in region, liaising with our offsite and onsite hardware repair service providers

    . Support MAC OS X Servers, troubleshooting access and permission issues.

    . Support onsite managed print solution.

    . Support internal meeting room check-in system.

    . Experience working on MAC OS X Kernel

    . Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

    . Ability to learn new topics with minimum supervision and at a fast pace

    . Ability to work within a dynamic team

    . Diligent and responsible approach with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail

    . Ability to direct and supervise work of others and operate in a team environment
    Soft skills:

    . Should be self-motivated, must be able to grasp issues quickly and make educated, critical judgment in the absence of complete information.

    . Should be able to interact with onsite and offshore teams.

    . Must have good oral/written communication skills and pay high attention to detail

    . Should be available for immediate deployment.
