Tätigkeit:For one of our customers in the Rhine-Main-Area we are looking for a PMO (m/f) to manage PMO activities of several projects. These are: 1. DMS & Archiving for SAP Transformation, 2. Postbox, 3. DMS Mandatory. Your Tasks would be: administrative PMO support (sharepoint handling, BEN administration, logistics), program follow up und reporting (support to and creation of the program office (program status reports, milestones and deliverables, budget planning), program management process attendance (preparation of management meetings, creation of presentations, support of plannings and analysis (scope, financials), risk management), support of tracking. Required skills: seniority, knowledge of the usual project management tools and strong experience of all the above named tasks. You need to be a very communicative and resilient person. Fluent spoken and written German and English knowledge is necessary. Duration: 01.01.11 until 31.12.11.
