We are currently looking for a Tagetik IT Developer (m/f/d) for our customer in the energy sector with the following specifications:Start: 01.10.2019
Location: Düsseldorf + remote
Duration: 3 months +
Tasks:
Analyse independently business requirements (working with Tagetik Business Support team), then design, build and implementation of Tagetik solutions, including reports (using Tagetik with Microsoft Office 365 tools) and new interfaces
At the request of the Business Support team, provide technical consultancy for Tagetik users, solving problems with Tagetik Add-In programs and the Tagetik’s XLCubed mobile app
Investigate errors on interfaces between Tagetik and client systems, advise the integration team on steps to correct the fault, and avoid in future
Carry out tasks related to decommissioning of no-longer required IT applications (e.g. manage removal of user profiles, and archival of old data).
Stabilizing IT – request changes to Firewalls & VPN to make network connections between Tagetik AWS-Cloud and client Network
Provide advice for client to manage user Identity & Access Management (e.g. Multi-Factor Authentication, etc.), and to manage upgrades to the database service.
Telephone and email client’s IT-providers to raise tickets for required tasks, and then check that they make progress on the tickets (normally Tagetik, but sometimes T-Systems and DXC)
Write the Tagetik security concept and implement those parts of for which IT team are responsible
Requirements:
Looking for IT operational person with experience in CCH Tagetik, including import interfaces, client program installation & set-up and report development. ITIL knowledge and ServiceNow experience are also required. The consultant would mostly do this analysis by him/herself, but he/she should talk to business users to clarify understanding of requirements, and to work with client Tagetik Business Support team to check that the proposed solution complies with any design principles and standard ways of working.
