Directly responsible for one or more of the following global IT infrastructure areas:
- Messaging and Collaboration systems including MS exchange, MIIS, and LCS
- Active Directory, group policies, and scripting
- Client software standards for messaging and collaboration software
- Group policies for client systems for the areas which this group is responsible for PKI environment, assisting in the direction and security standards by working with the Security group
- Mobile messaging device standards, requirements, and process
- Strategy, Standards, and direction of the Microsoft Office components relating to the proper integration and use of systems within this groups scope: Exchange Systems, Messaging Edge Systems, LCS, OCS, Unified Messaging, BlackBerry, Postini, MIIS, ARS, and global client software
- Level 3 support
Directly responsible for one or more of the following global IT infrastructure areas:
- Minimum of 6 years IT experience in a large technical environment, including at least 4 years in support of messaging systems
- Good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, group policies, and scripting
- Good understanding of Microsoft Exchange, MIIS, and LCS.
- Strong analytical skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft operating systems, their installation and configuration
- Good understanding of Message Hygiene
- Good knowledge of systems productivity tools and their configuration
- Good understanding of business processes and business system applications
- Must have experience identifying and implementing technology solutions
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills; in English language as a minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Technical or a related field
