Are you a Project Manager interested in working for a leading international organisation?

If so, a leading international organisation are looking for a well-seasoned Network Project Manager to join an exciting new project in the heart of Dresden

Responsibilities:

* People Management-Recruiting, training and monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in daily to daily operations and meeting of individual and group targets.
* Ensuring the delivery of FTTN/FTTB/FTTx Design in complete package on time/first time right.
* Have been proficient in reducing the overall cycle time reduction in end to end delivery by improving the processes being run inside the project.
* Managed to implement the best practices to rectify the process gaps and rectify the overall process.
* Proactive and reactive monitoring of NBN FTTx network planning requirement to ensure time delivery
* Supporting team in resolving critical Copper cutover in FTTN and OFC related query in FTTC.
* Managing Incident, Change & Problem Management (troubleshooting complex network issues).

Skills Required:

  • *Must be a fluent German Speaker*
  • Experience in Project execution & network rollout to activation specially in Fiber network operations & execution.
  • Execute End-to-end project management including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment.
  • Identifying, monitoring and reporting and escalating network delivery related issues for timely resolution
