Job Requirements / Technical Skills Required:• Very strong experience banking industry, bank steering /reporting domain with proven track record of report generation, financial consolidation and very good understanding of multi-country group reporting (10+ y)
• Strong working experience with IDL Konsis and Cockpit (5+y)
• Experience with enterprise performance management (and reporting)
• Experience with corporate reporting according to German and international law.
• Ability to quickly understand and diagnose existing IDL configurations and custom developments
• Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change/problem)
• Ability to liaise internal IT and business stakeholders for requirements
• Experience of working in a geographically diversified teams preferred
• Good communication in Germany and English, verbal and written
• Should be willing to work in production support engagement and should be able resolve issues within defined SLA
Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage transition from incumbent team
• Coordinate, guide and mentor junior team members
• Resolve production issues reported by business users within predefined SLA
• Document recommended solution for recurring issues
• Gather business requirements for enhancements
• Reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements
• Suggest solution / workarounds in the application.
• Resolve issues within defined SLA
