Job description:managing the dynamically built team of various Incident experts from different 2nd / 3rd Level Support Groups of the project to resolve the Incident and facilitates communication and coordination
• Task Force Initiation and Management if required
• alignment with the responsible Service Managers
• major Incident status updates towards the shareholders
Skills needed:
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• good knowledge in SAP system landscape
• strong communication skills
• very good knowledge about processes and structures
within the telecommunication industry
• good Remedy 7 knowledge
• fluent English skills
