1) Setup PMO Organization and Procedures
2) Reporting and Planning, eg
status reporting and progress tracking
Project tracking against deliverables and milestones, Maintenance of the Implementation
road-map
3) Financials, eg
Project financial governance, reporting, and continuous budget tracking
Clarity process including time recording at the project level
Project cost capitalization
4) Change Request-, Risk- and Issue Management, eg
Risk and Issue reporting/tracking/routing/escalation
5) Communication, eg
SteCo and ExCo meeting preparation
Communication planning
6) Administration and Documentation
Meeting/workshop facilitation
Project support services and logistics
Document and knowledge management
Provision of tools, templates and central information sources
