Currently we are searching for one candidate who is able to cover the following position:Tasks:
Consulting and support of Unix implementation and migration projects
Collaboration in projects during the concept phase
design developing and documenting in a small team
Development and documenting of work instructions for implementation and operation of Unix systems
Evaluation of hard- and software products
3rd level support of Unix operational issues
Must-Have Skills:
Profound knowledge of Unix systems (primarily Linux, VMware, Solaris) in large heterogeneous environments
Knowledge of Veritas Volume Manager and Veritas Cluster would be beneficial
good understanding of network services like LDAP, NFS, Samba
several years of experience in project consulting and support
Fluency in written and spoken English
Softskills:
good communication skills
