Main tasks:
- Support of WLTP program in the role of KCC Product Owner
- Coordinate technical and legal requirements gathering and analysis, development review, testing and quality assurance
- Consulting on technical and functional requirements, especially for KCC Back Office
- Consulting on delivery strategy
- Risk Assessment
- Quality Assurance and legal compliance
- Participation in regular Sprint Planning meetings
- Participation in Product Backlog Refinement Meetings (requirement clarification)
- Participation in regular Sprint Review meetings
- Participation in regular Sprint Retrospective meetings
- Ensure customer experience from a Kia Car Configurator Back Office perspective
- Support of WLTP rollout for all European markets including preparation of market trainings
Main qualifications
- Good knowledge in AEM
- Excellent project management and coordination skills
- Ability to assess and define business requirements and transfer them into technical, functional and structural solutions
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (Main Language: English; other languages as advantage)
- Ability to work in an international environment
- Flexibility and ability to adapt in a multicultural/multi-stakeholder and quickly developing environment
- High motivation to contribute to evolving the Pan-European Corporate and Dealer Websites, as well as future digital business market places
- Highly performance and results oriented
- Power of persuasion
