Freelance Technical Writer - Berlin - 6 months - No Remote Work
My client is an eCommerce organisation based in Berlin. They require a Freelance Technical Writer to start an initial 6 month project ASAP.

Your Tasks:
Work closely with Product Owners, Development Teams, Quality Assurance and Sales to gather information and successfully deliver assigned documentation projects with a clear and straightforward content.
Proactively research product changes to determine scope of edits
Independently write new documentation based on use cases, user stories, feature requirement documents, specifications, information from developers and product managers, and use of the product
Set the standards and supporting internal documentation needs within customer facing projects.
Contribute to the discussion regarding methods.
Your Experience:
4+ years of professional experience in copywriting, writing and revision merged with strong management and prioritization skills
BA/MA/BS/MS in a technical field or similar technical writing education
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and expertise in LaTex Markdown and localization: i18n and l10n
You have a proven track record of writing about business applications, software and technology and experience working with cross functional teams across product development life cycles.
Ideally, you have a deep understanding of APIs, SDKs and application design principles.
