The organisation have recently begun their digital transformation and are looking for Scrum Masters to join the team on a freelance basis to help teams work and think in an agile way.
The organization are looking for candidates who are able to clearly communicate what it means to work in an agile way whilst having a strong understanding of Scrum.
What do you need?
• Experience working in Hardware environments
• Experience in both waterfall and agile environments
• Have a strong understanding of agile processes and frameworks
• Good communication skills
