Business Analyst for Credit Risk Control & Oversight (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Developing, driving and implementing a strong and robust control and oversight framework for the German portfolio
- Business wide control and capability projects, engaging relevant parties, resolving issues and implementing solutions
- Ensuring that First Line of Defence areas adhere to CRO policy standards
- Key interface between First and Second Line of Defence
- Manage Assurance activities (i.e. Internal and External Audits, Conformance Reviews, Compliance Reviews) and timely closure of issues and actions
Main qualifications
- Deep understanding of the appropriate Credit Risk policies and standards
- Advanced relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Strong evidence of coordinated planning and delivery of planned activity
- Fluency in German and English
