Wir suchen aktuell einen Quality Assuarance Manager für die Übernahme folgender Aufgabe:Location: Raum Düsseldorf/Wuppertal
Start: ASAP
Duration/Dauer: 4 Monate (davon die ersten 2 Monate 4 Tage/Woche, danach reichen 3 Tage/Woche)
Tasks:
Main focus of the Quality Assurance Manager will be the role of a (technical) gatekeeper for transports of the new template (check & follow up on completeness of documentation and adherence to processes) and to support release planning over the system environment (SFDC Lightning, S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) in close cooperation with a Test Manager. In this role she/he will:
- Define change strategies
- Develop quality assurance plans, and deliverables
- Validate quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring results; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification; writing and updating quality assurance procedures.
- Define and manages the overall Transport Release strategy and plan.
Planned effort is 1 - 2 months 4 days/week onsite, after this about 3 days/week. Not in scope is the check of functional contents and correctness of the documentation or of any developments.
Supporting system environment:
- Documentation is in Atlassian Confluence, SAP Solution Manager and Aris
- Sprint Planning and manual testing in Jira
- Transport management and release planning: tbd (Realtech or SAP Solution Manager ChaRM)
Skills:
Primary:
- Language: English required plus preferably German
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and effectively engage with individuals at all levels
- Proven ability to speak in front of groups and lead and facilitate meetings
- Proven experience in international SAP template build and rollout projects (> 2 years)
- Knowledge of SAP projects, and experience as QA Manager in large-scale implementation of SAP ECC or S/4HANA ( > 5 years)
- Demonstrated experience in software delivery methodologies especially Agile
- Experience of Transport and Change Management (Realtech and/or SAP Solution Manager ChaRM).
- Know how of SAP Solution Manager 7.2 (documentation and testing)
Secondary:
- Experience in agile practices, Knowledge about agile value and principles, working experience in an scaled agile environment.
- Atlassian Jira and Confluence experience highly welcome.
- Know how and experience with release management in an environment including SAP ECC or S/4HANA and Salesforce (Lightning or Classic) highly welcome.
