BMC Remedy Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Support the configuration and maintenance of all ITSM environments and modules
- Responsible for troubleshooting Remedy application issues
- Technical implementation of integrations between Remedy and other applications
- Incident, Change, Release and Task management process implementation and documentation
- ITSM features customization
- Gather requirements from different stakeholders
- Create automated work processes in the ITSM tool
- Provide technical support in system administration
Main qualifications
- Strong experience with various BMC tools
- BMC Remedy experience
- Good English and German skills
