Beschreibung
Aufgabe:* Deploy PC masters on classroom PCs
* Deploy PC master on end user PCs
* Manage software installation / uninstallation (already agreed by Airbus or proposed by end user and to be agreed by Airbus technical responsible) on laptop and desktop of Airbus instructor users for Toulouse, and for instructor users in Hamburg
* Manage trainee laptops or tablets loan
* Prepare, for Airbus instructors, the ULIK (Ultra Light Kit)
* Manage asset software and database,
* Manage day to day activities through incident registration, intervention request, configuration management, inventory
* Install new courseware on the Training operation file servers and on the e-learning server
* Training course administration
* Provide User support
* On site server support
* Resolve Airbus Training Classroom basic issues (e.g.: instructor or trainee computers issues, network issues, video projectors issues, classroom environment issues), from classroom calls given via a call maintenance system (BEEP call sent on 5 Client mobile phones loaned to the ESP in Toulouse; Hamburg has equipped its Training Center with a GSM beeper system), installed in each classroom using SMS.

Anforderung:
* Hardware knowledge
* OS knowledge : XP, Seven, Windows 10
* OS server knowledge : 2k12
* Office : 2007, 2010 & 2013
Besonderheiten:
* German : Native language
* English : Read, write and speak with professional fluency
* 5 days per week / onsite
