CRM Project Manager - Cologne - Freelance
One of our main European clients is in the process of finalizing a series of projects with a focus on their Customer Lifecycle and is looking for a CRM Project Manager to lead the final efforts to deliver a new set of objectives.
This is a German & English speaking role to work with a mixture of Business & Tech teams managing the Retention & Prevention centric CRM solutions. Initial 3-month contract onsite in Cologne.
Key to this role will be:
- Experience in Care Channel, Prevention Experience in Customer Lifecycle
- Hands-on CRM Solutions Definition, Design & Delivery
- Definition of Pilot Setups, Reporting, Training, Operational Processes...
With a proven track record in Customer Centric projects and experience in delivering CRM solutions aimed at reducing churn-vulnerable customers this role is ideal for a well organised data aware individual. My client is offering an interesting setup and challenge and the chance to extend the project beyond 2019.
