Projektmanager für HBCI-Migration (m/f/d)

Main tasks:
- Produce a convincing communication concept for internal management communication
- Conduct of recurring steering committees, plan and conduct ongoing project communication
- Continuous reconcilation with relevant internal and external stakeholders (marketing, sales management, legal, compliance)
- Produce education material and conduct education of client facing entities (distribution and service centres)
- Plan and quantify service centre capacity
- Produce and reconcile external communication in close co-operation with marketing
- Review and further develop information material for end users, produce road maps, project plans
- Management of change requests for online migration assistant tool
- Review, adapt and continously track migration plan, prepare and conduct ongoing migration reporting
- Conduct test support
Main qualifications
- Senior project management skills ideally with reknown certification
- Comprehensive expertise in (Online) Banking
- Good knowledge of HBCI/FinTS software application
- Good knowledge of Confluence and JIRA
- Comprehensive Excel skills (conduct of analyses, selection of big data records)
- Comprehensive PowerPoint skills (production of management presentations)
- Knowledge of agile environment
- Expertise in developing and implementing communication strategies as well as experience with demand management and tool development
- Expertise in workshop design and moderation
- Language: German and English
