For our customer we are currently looking for a O2C (Order-to-Cash) Consultant (m/w/d), Remscheid

Main focus of the activities is the process design for Order-to-Cash of finished goods and aftersales ((field) services, spare parts, etc.) to end customers, wholesellers, installers and intermediates in S/4HANA 1809. The activities will be done in close cooperation with L2O (Salesforce Lightning), S2R (mainly field service, system in decision, C/4HANA or Salesforce) and F2S for advanced aATP. One key pain point is the current grown & diverse setup of the processes with relatively high autonomy of the Sales Organizations parallel to an existing environment including GTS (integration and S/4HANA relateled setup in scope, GTS not in scope).

Main activities:

- Map business requirements to S/4 standard functionality (SAP best practices) following an to-be approach proposing functionality and processes
- Identify gaps and integration requirements, propose solutions towards SAP S/4 standard
- Participate in scrum meetings and refine the requirements to be delivered in 4 week sprints
- Work together with the development team and migration team
- Build the template
- Document, test and show the results at the end of the Sprints


Required skills:

- Proven experience in international template build and rollout project. Relevant experience in SD > 5 years
- Technical core competencies within SD
- Good integration know-how to MM, WM-integration, service management (field service related, no call centers)

Project language: English (fluent); German will be an advantage
