SAP FICO Business Analyst needed!
Our client is looking to expand their SAP team currently working on one of Germany's major SAP projects. Ideally you would be German speaking and be able to work in Kiel, Germany on -site
Strong working experience in SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR) & Cost and Profit Center Accounting (CPA)
Strong understanding of interface design and creation of SAP specifications including bug fixing and SAP debugging
SAP Implementation/Production Support experience
Proven expertise in configuring FI & CO modules and supporting SAP landscapes
Ability to quickly resolve period closing issues and management reporting requirements
Experience of working in highly customized SAP environment with connectivity to non-SAP applications in customer IT landscape
Ability to quickly understand and diagnose existing SAP configurations and custom developments
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change/problem) and Application life cycle management
Ability to liaise with SAP AG for OSS messages/notes to sort out product issues
Experience of working in a geographically diversified teams preferred
Experience in banking/financial service projects preferred
ABAP debugging knowledge preferred
Good communication in Germany and English, verbal and written
Good to have SAP certification
Manage transition from incumbent team
Document the knowledge from transition/system study and play back the understanding
Coordinate, guide and mentor junior team members
Resolve production issues reported by business users within predefined SLA
Document recommended solution for recurring issues
Gather business requirements for enhancements
Reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements
Co-ordinate with Business users/vendors/other partners/customer to identify & analyze application issues and suggest remedies
Suggest solution/workarounds in the application.
